Penny is a sweet mare, well seasoned on the trail and in the arena. She is easy to catch, with a nice fox trot. She is the kind of horse you want to have around for the guests or kids, or people who just don't ride that often. She has the basics down, and isn't a brat under saddle. After a two year lay off she was being ridden bareback, with just a halter and lead rope. Turning, backing, and side passing to open a gate. With her body roaning and irregular stocking and the big blaze, she shows all the signs of carrying the Sabino gene. She has had three foals for us, a champagne, a smoky black, a sabino buckskin.
