Sold - Cherry will be eating up the trails in new Hampshire!
Cherry is an elegant mare, but very aloof. She grew up virtually untouched in acres of Idaho mountains (surefooted and knows how to handle obstacles), and we never had the time to bond with her. She's curious about people, but doesn't really see the point to them.
She did go through training in Victor Montana, and is quite teachable. But only suitable for a experienced rider at this time. She is quicker than a cat and proved her trainer wrong when he said "Fox Trotter's can't buck."
Her trainer worked her through those issues, and had her going nicely under saddle. He was able to get her comfortable with all kinds of stimuli, such as being dried off with a hose from an air compressor (it was the middle of winter). Cherry isn't crazy, but is very sensitive, quick and athletic.
